高压水射流除垢机理研究

摘    要:
本文根据流体力学的基本方程-积分形式的能量方程、连续性方程和动量方程,推导出高压水射流作用在管壁污垢上的应力计算公式,从理论上分析了高压水射流除垢机理,提出了根据不同管垢的耐压强度极限应力设计喷嘴结构及射流压力选择的理论方法,对现场应用具有重要指导意义,本文所述理论方法及计算公式未见有公开文献报道。

Abstract:
This paper is based on the basic equations of fluid-dynamics-integral equations of energy, continuity and momentum, and (hen it deduces that the calculating formulas of the stress produced by the high-pressure jet when the jet shoots on (he dirt on the tube wall. In terms of theory it is analysed that the mechanism about how the high-pressure jet removes dirt, and according to the limiting stress of the intensity of pressure of the dirt on the tube wall, it puts forward the theoretical methods of the structure design of spray nozzle and the select of the pressure of the jet. It has the important directive function for real use, up to now the theoretical methods and calculating formulas in this paper can not be seen in the public literatures and report news.
