马来酸二辛基锡对PVDC热稳定性能的影响研究

摘    要:以马来酸二辛基锡(DOTM)为热稳定剂,对聚偏氯乙烯(PVDC)热稳定体系进行研究,采用刚果红法和热失重分析测试了DOTM用量对PVDC热分解脱氯化氢变色温度、变色时间以及热失重的影响。结果表明:纯PVDC受热后易分解,含3质量份DOTM的PVDC,其刚果红试纸起始变色温度和完全变色温度与纯PVDC相比分别提高了16℃和19℃,试纸起始变色时间和完全变色时间分别延长了563s和1 308s,恒温热重损失率降低了35.2百分点,等速升温热失重初始分解温度和最大速率峰对应温度分别提高了54℃和63℃,热分解温度和耐热稳定性大幅度提高。

Abstract:Taking dioctyltin maleate(DOTM) as heat stabilizer,the thermal stability system of polyvinylidene chloride(PVDC) was studied.The influences of DOTM content on color change temperature,color change time and thermal weight loss caused by thermal dehydrochlorination of PVDC were investigated by congo red method and thermogravimetry(TGA).The results show that the pure PVDC decomposes easily after being heated.Compared with the pure PVDC,the PVDC with 3 phr DOTM exhibits increase in heat decomposition temperatur...
