Price Adjustment in International Contract Management

Price adjustment is very important in international contract management. It is also a key factor to effect total investment of construction item. This paper briefly provide the basic principles and method of price adjustment,give some amples of normal divergence of opinions raised by both sides of contract in price adjustment management,and present some actual claims and other cases in price adjustment for reference to the concerned persenels.
