| 摘 要： | 动态可靠度需考虑荷载随时间的变化,而建筑结构荷载规范(GB50009-2001)中所给的荷载是基于设计基准期得到的固定值.通过计算不同目标基准期内的最大荷载随机变量的统计参数,从而得到不同目标基准期内的荷载标准值.为了利用荷载规范所给的荷载值,将该标准值与设计基准期所对应的标准值进行比较,就得到不同目标基准期内的荷载修正系数,再将荷载规范中的荷载乘以修正系数后,就能得到计算不同目标基准期的可靠度所对应的荷载,从而在动态可靠度的计算中考虑荷载随时间变化的影响.应用该方法,计算了各种荷载在不同目标基准期的荷载标准值修正系数.该方法解决了动态可靠度中的荷载变化问题.

| Abstract: | The varification of load depending time is necessary to be considered in calculating time-varying reliability,but loads given in load code for the design of building structures are fixed values based on the design reference period.Characteristic value of a load is obtained by calculating the statistical parameters of random variable of the maximum load during different purpose reference periods,and the load amendment coefficients are the ratio of characteristic value of a load during different purpose reference periods and that of the design reference period.It the loads defined in norm are loads for reliability during different purpose reference periods.Then time-varying reliability can be calculated.Load amendment coefficients during different purpose reference periods are calculated by this method. |
