| 摘 要： | 通过两年的现场调研,发现国产3NB800泥浆泵在使用中曾出现不少问题,例如:被动轴轴承座圈固紧螺栓断裂,泵头阀箱被刺;各部件间连接螺栓易断裂;弹簧式安全阀起跳不准;喷淋系统功能不完善;耐磨板易损坏,等等。本文对这些问题逐一作了分析,并相应提出了若干改进意见。

The Serviceability of 3NB800 Slush Pumps and Some Suggestions for Improvement |

| Abstract: | Through two years' field work, the author reveals the troubles and accidents happened now and then on Model 3NB800 slush pumps. The major troubles are breaks of studs and bolts, breakthroughs of valve pots and unefficient liner-wash spray Systems and safety valves. These problems are discussed one by one and some suggestions for improvement are presented in this paper. |
