高耐蚀耐磨非晶纳米晶复合涂层在水轮机转轮上的应用

摘    要:紫荆关梯级水电站存在水质差、杂物多、泥沙含量大等问题,电站水轮机泥沙磨蚀问题严重。采用新型高耐蚀耐磨非晶纳米晶复合涂层材料,对紫荆关一级水电站水轮机转轮进行抗磨蚀试验,针对试验结果指出了此种抗磨蚀技术的优缺点,为多泥沙水电站的水轮机过流部件抗磨蚀工作提供了新的途径。

Abstract:There are many problems In step hydroelectric station in Zijingguan,such as poor water quality,impurities and high sand content,and the water turbine of the hydropower station is seriously worn.The new amorphous composite coating of high corrosion and wear resistance is tested on the wheels of the water turbine,and the advantages and disadvantages of such technology are listed in the thesis,providing new approach for the anti-corrosion work of the water turbine in hydropower station with many sediment.
