摘    要:
采用阴离子聚合法,以正丁基锂为引发剂,合成了线形异戊二烯-苯乙烯嵌段活性链,以二乙烯基苯为偶联剂,分别采用一次性加入法和分次滴加法合成了星形异戊二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物。研究发现,分次滴加法可以很好地解决单臂分子量较大时偶联效率低的难题,得到偶联效率高达95%的星形异戊二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物。考察了聚合物的微观结构与热性能,发现聚合物具有典型的两相分离结构。

Abstract:
Living isoprene- styrene block chains were synthesized by n -butyllithium via anionic polymerization. Star- shaped isoprene - styrene block copolymers were achieved from the living chains with a one - shot procedure or an incremental procedure in which equally divided portions of divinylbenzene (DVB) were added periodically. It indicated that the problem which was difficult to obtain high coupling efficiency when the arm molecular weight was large was well solved by the incremental procedure. Star- shaped isoprene -styrene block copolymer with the coupling efficiency of 95% was obtained. The microstructure and thermo performance were investigated and the polymer showed a micro phase separation.
