槽型堆焊焊条及其堆焊技术研究

摘    要:研制了一种新型槽型堆焊焊条并探讨了堆焊工艺及其对显微组织的影响,该焊条具有稀释率低,制造简便等优点。金相显微照片和波谱分析结果表明:堆焊层剖面分为热影响区、过渡层、胞状树枝晶层和等轴晶层,成分由亚共晶向过共晶过渡,该组织使涂层具有高耐磨性,可延长堆焊件使用寿命。当焊速增大时,堆焊层中的晶粒主轴朝向焊缝熔合线方向,稀释率变低。

Abstract:A novel channel-type surfacing welding electrode was developed.The surfacing welding process and its influence on microstructure were discussed.Low dilution rate and easy manufacture are the advantage of this type of electrode.The analytical results of metallographic pictures and WDS show that: transverse section of the hardfacing layer consists of heat affected zone,transition layer,cellular dendritic crystal layer and equiaxed crystal layer,chemical composition varys from hypoeutectic to hypereutectic.This kind of microstructure,with its high wear resistance,could prolong the service life of the surfacing part.When the welding speed increases,the main axis of the grain directs to the weld fusion line,and the dilution gets lower.
