摘    要:从苯酐装置气体冷却器堵塞问题这个表象入手,剖析了德国南方化学公司PHTHALIMAX-H4型四段床催化剂在苯酐生产中的缺陷,进一步验证了催化剂的活性差、除氧水系统温度低是造成设备事故的主要原因,探讨装置稳定运行应注意的事项和操作技巧.

Abstract:Phthalic Anhydride Plant from the gas cooler plug appearance starting this problem,analysis of the South German chemical company PHTHALIMAX-H4-type four-bed catalyst in the production of phthalic anhydride defects,and further verify the activity of the catalyst poor Deaerator water system are caused by low-temperature equipment the main reason for the accident to explore the stable operation of devices should pay attention to matters of and operating skills.
