| 摘 要： | 由于绿色施工在国内还处于起步阶段，有关涉及绿色施工的参考资料和可借鉴的经验不多，目前只有建设部《绿色施工导则》（建质2007]223号）和北京市《绿色施工管理规程》（DB11／513—2008），有一些施工企业对于绿色施工技术措施的编写还存在一些问题，需要全面系统的指导，以满足有关部门的要求。

| Abstract: | Green construction technique is at its preliminary stage in China and there are only a few of referential materials and experiences on green construction. Currently, relevant references can only be found in Green Construction Guidelines issued by Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the People＇s Republic of China and Beijing municipal standard DB 11/513-2008 Management Specification of Green Construction. Some construction enterprises still have difficulties in compilation of green construction techniques and they need overall and systematic guidance to meet requirements of relevant authorities. |
