| 摘 要： | 论述了都市圈轨道交通研究范围及功能定位，在分析国内外大都市圈轨道交通发展模式的基础上提出了“内轨外铁”的都市圈轨道交通发展模式，探讨了“内轨外铁”模式下的城市铁路发展模式，并以重庆一小时经济圈为例，概述了一小时经济圈轨道交通发展模式及布局方法，以适应人们的客流需求。
