摘    要:为阐明电流频率对交变磁场磁化预处理蒸馏水改善方铅矿浮选效果的影响机制,采用表面张力、溶解氧浓度、红外光谱以及XPS等手段分别对不同电流频率下磁化蒸馏水以及经磁化蒸馏水作用后的方铅矿样品进行表征。结果表明交变磁场磁化蒸馏水可显著改善方铅矿的可浮性,与未磁化蒸馏水相比,在电流频率为0.5 MHz条件下对蒸馏水磁化15min可使方铅矿回收率提高12.45个百分点。电流频率为0.5 MHz的交变磁场磁化蒸馏水可使其溶解氧浓度增大0.6 mg/L,导致方铅矿表面S-S键的相对含量增大20.466%,即方铅矿表面的部分硫离子转化为单质,从而提高了方铅矿的可浮性。研究对交变磁场磁化预处技术在硫化矿浮选中的应用具有一定的借鉴意义。

Abstract:In order to clarify the influence mechanism of current frequency on the improvement of galena flotation effect by magnetization pretreatment of distilled water with alternating magnetic field, surface tension, dissolved oxygen concentration, infrared spectroscopy and XPS were used to characterize the galena samples treated by magnetized distilled water and magnetized distilled water at different current frequencies. The results showed that alternating magnetic field magnetized distilled water can significantly improve the floatability of galena. Compared with unmagnetized distilled water, the recovery rate of galena can be increased by 12.45% by magnetizing distilled water for 15 min at the current frequency of 0.5 MHz. The dissolved oxygen concentration of distilled water magnetized by alternating magnetic field with current frequency of 0.5 MHz increased by 0.6 mg/L, resulting in the relative content of S-S bond on the surface of galena improved by 20.466 %, that is, part of the sulfur ion on the surface of galena transformed into elemental substance, thus improved the floatability of galena. The research has certain reference significance for the application of alternating magnetic field magnetization pre-treatment technology in sulfide ore flotation.
