电液伺服激振系统设计与仿真

摘    要:介绍了模拟结晶器的计算机测控系统硬件组成,设计了相应的液压伺服激振系统,对液压缸和伺服阀等关键尤件进行了计算与选型,根据试验系统参数建立液压系统的数学模型,并通过运用Matlab对系统进行了理论分析与数字仿真,选择适当的PID控制参数,使系统振动频率在5Hz以上,能较好地模拟工业结晶器控制工况。

Abstract:The hardware composition of computer test - control system used for crystallizer in the laboratory was introduced. An electro- hydraulic servo oscillate system for the crystallizer was designed, and the important components as cylinder and servo valve was selected by calculating. Using Matlab as a tool, a theoretic analysis and digital simulation about the control model of hydraulic system were made, and the appropriate PID control coefficients were selected, it ensures that the oscillation frequency of the crystallizer in the laboratory is over 5Hz and can simulate a crystallizer in the work.
