| Abstract: | In this paper,the development and usage of water resource in China has been introduced.The water and electricity,the relationship between irrigation works and ship,the combination of ship and electricity, conserving ship through electricity,the management and protection of sea-route,and the full usage of water carriage have been analyzed.Accordingly,the necessity of general usage of water resource in China and the problems which should be noticed are emphasized. |
