摘    要:发展新兴木工机械产业,加快自主创新,推进木工机械企业转型是实现转型发展战略的选择,现阶段我国中小木工机械企业已进入转型升级提升水平的新时期,但在宏观经济运行中,仍然存在很多不稳定、不确定因素,长期困扰中小木工机械企业的深层次矛盾依然存在,促进中小木工机械的发展要有新思路、新策略。应实行差异化的发展战略,发挥独特的优势,在市场竞争中谋取一席之地,大力推进中小木工机械企业品牌建设,提升中小企业品牌综合竞争力;激活中小木工机械企业财务战略,提升可持续发展能力和创造长久价值的能力;拓展中小木工机械企业供应链融资服务,在服务方式上寻求新突破,从健全机制,配套政策,落实担保入手,促进中小木工机械企业集合债券健康发展。

Facing problems and coping in transformation of woodworking machinery SMEs
Abstract:Development of new woodworking machinery industry, accelerating innovation, promoting woodworking machinery business transformation is the choice to achieve transformation development strategy. At this stage, the small woodworking machinery enterprises have entered a new period of transformation and upgrading. But in macroeconomic operation, there are still many unstable and uncertain factors. Small woodworking machinery enterprises still exist the deep-seated contradictions to promote new ideas and new strategies for development of small woodworking machinery. Enterprises should implement the development strategy of differentiation, play a unique advantage to seek a place in the competition of the market. The small and medium woodworking machinery enterprises vigorously promote brand building to enhance the comprehensive competitiveness, activate corporate financial strategy, enhance capacity for sustainable development and the ability to create long-term value. The small woodworking machinery enterprise should expand supply chain financing services and seek new breakthroughs in the service. From the sound mechanism, supporting policies and the implementation of a security, we promote small and medium woodworking machinery enterprises healthy development of collection bonds.
