摘    要:针对焦作矿务局九里山矿副井原JKD1.85X4多绳摩擦轮式提升机故障率的问题,采用工业计算机PLC构成提升机工艺过程控制,用西门子的6RM24直流调带柜作为驱动装置,对该机电控制系统进行技术改造。经使用表明,功能强大,性能优良,是一个成功的范例。

Abstract:In view of the high fault rate of the original JKD1.85X4 multi-rope friction winder in the auxiliary shaft of Jiulishan Mine,Jiaozuo Mine Bureau,technical transformation was made on the winder in the auxilary shaft of Jiulishan Mine,Jiaozuo Mine Bureau,technical transformation was made on the winder's electrical control system,in which PLC of an industrial computer was used in the technological process control of the winder and Simmens 6RM 24 DC speed regulation cabinet was used as the driving device.The application has shown it is a successful example with strong power and excellent performances.
