摘    要:上钢一厂钢结构厂房拆除工程是我国首次采用聚能切割爆破技术进行的大型钢结构物的爆破拆除.爆破拆除的钢结构厂房总面积3.87万平方米.爆破拆除工程解决了线性聚能切割器的设计与定型、爆破预处理设计与施工、钢结构聚能切割爆破的方案设计、爆破安全防护等多项关键技术.工程爆破效果良好,爆破危害效应得到了很好的控制.

Abstract:The disassembly project of steel structure workshop of Shanghai Steel Factory is the first application of shaped charge blasting technique in the disassembly of heavy steel structure at home. The area of the steel structure workshop is about 38.7 thousand m^2. The project has researched all the key techniques,including the design and making of the linear focusing blasting cutter,the structure pretreatment,the blasting pattern design and safety protection. Good results have been achieved and the harmful effects of blasting are under controlled well.
