摘    要:壳聚糖是甲壳素脱乙酰化后的产物,由于它具有生物相溶性、可生物降解、无毒、吸附等特性,已广泛应用于医学、食品等方面。壳聚糖微球除具有壳聚糖本身特点外,在性能上又有新的改善。本文从壳聚糖微球作为药物缓释、基因治疗、螯合金属离子、负载催化剂、吸附染料等用途出发,对其应用前景进行了简单的综述。

Abstract:Chitosan is the N-deacetylated derivative of chitin. It has excellent properties such as biocompatibility, biodegraded ,non-toxicity ,adsorption properties, etc. So chitosan microsphere is an ideal candidate for controlled drug release formulations, Gene therapy, chelate with metal ions, complex catalysts, and adsorption dye. These applications of chitosan microsphere were reviewed.
