摘    要:分析了WRC-955铝衬套表面不处理胶辊具有高弹、低硬度的特性,针对氨纶丝油脂含量高、易对胶辊溶胀问题,说明WRC-955铝衬套表面不处理胶辊克服了普通胶辊的缺点,是目前国内硬度最低、适纺氨纶纱、稳定耐用、抗溢油溶胀最佳的胶辊。

Abstract:Analysis is made to the performance of the aliuminium-inserted cot WRC-955, which is of high elasticity and low hardness. Aiming at the disadvantage of spandex yarn with high oil content tending to lead to swelling of the cot, conclusion is made that the cot WRC-955 surmounts the conventional cot, and is the best selection for spinning spandex yarn , which is of the lowest hardness at home, and stable in service life as well as of antispillage of oil.
