输配电线路带电作业技术的研究与发展

随着电网快速发展和特高压输电技术的研究及应用,为迎接我国带电作业的新发展,简述了国内外带电作业的发展历史和概况,探讨了带电作业的发展趋势和方向,分析和论述了近年来在研究和应用中涉及较多的如带电作业安全距离、带电作业保护间隙、带电作业工具、1000 kV特高压带电作业、配电线路带电作业等问题。另外,介绍了带电作业标准的制订情况。并提出了随着电网的快速发展和供电可靠性要求的提高,带电作业也出现了一系列新的研究课题,需在总结我国带电作业特点和经验的基础上,结合安全运行的实际需要,进一步加强先进技术的研究和标准制订工作。

Research and Development of Live Working Technology on Transmission and Distribution Lines

With the construction and development of grid in China,live working has become important methods of detection,inspection,modification on transmission and distribution lines through the research and application of recent 50 years,and has important effects on safety operation and improvement of economy benefit in power system.The development and general situation of live working in China and overseas are introduced in this paper.And the developmental trend and direction of live working are analyzed.The aspects such as safety distance for live working,protective gap for live working,tools for live working,live working on 1000 kV UHV(Ultra High Voltage) transmission line,live working on distribution line,which are referred to the research and application in recent years,are also discussed.At the same time,some crucial technical problems and characteristics closely related with security and economy for recent live working are dissertated.In addition,the complexion of enacting standards for live working is described.With the rapid development of grid and advance of demand for current supply reliability,a series of new research on live working is presented.Based on summarizing the characteristics and experience of live working in China,it is necessary to research safety working methods and body safety protection under higher voltage,draw relevant technical standards and working guide,and develop live working tools to suit for spot inspection and detection.
