变压器铁心内部故障分析

摘    要:系统地介绍了变压器铁心故障的原因、类型、表现特征和处理方法,并用实例演示了查找铁心故障的全过程。合理运用油色谱分析的三比值法、四比值法和变压器空载试验,可以快速全面地查处故障点,最后介绍了查找铁心故障的几点经验,如在铁心接地线上装设电流表,当一个故障找到时,不能放弃其他试验检查等,以保证变压器安全稳定运行。

Abstract:The reasons,types,characteristic and handling of transformer core fault are introduced systematically in the paper,and the whole process on checking core fault is also demonstrated.Three-ratio method,four-ratio method and no-load test of transformer are adopted reasonably to investigate and prosecute the fault point quickly.Some piece of experience about how to check out the fault point are introduced at last.For example,some ammeters are fixed on the ground wire of core,when a fault point is found,the other tests to check out the fault point cannot be abandonanded et al.Besides that,operation with security and steady of the transformer are guaranteed.
