| 摘 要： | 人口老龄化问题是我国目前面临的一个突出的人口结构性问题 ,它已经影响到了包括人口自身在内的整体可持续发展。本文探讨了我国老龄化问题的现状和经济、文化以及传统习俗等特点 ,指出只有因地制宜 ,在各地以社区为单位 ,按照实际的经济、文化、基础设施、人口素质、老龄化状况和风俗习惯等因素来制定具体的方法 ,针对性地解决养老问题 ,才能使老龄化问题得到有效的解决 ,使国家、社区、家庭都受益 ,保证社会发展走上“以人为本”、可持续发展的轨道。

| Abstract: | Nowadays,the aging of population is a severe age composition of population problem faced at our country.And it has already affected the sustainable urban development(including the population sustainable development).This essays discuses the actuality of the aging of population and the characters of economic,culture and convention in our country and points out that only founding at community and according to the actuality of economic,culture,base building,population quality,age composition of population and convention can we set down contra pose policies to solute this problem,which makes country,communities and families benefic and leads to a sustainable society development. |
