摘    要:"十二五"期间,国家会深入贯彻和落实节能减排的基本国策,高耗能工矿企业将继续面临拉闸限电的困境。为了探索走出困境的方法,本文对南方电网区域内的某铁合金企业进行了节能改造分析。携带便携式电能质量分析仪FLUKE435对该厂的电气设备进行了长时间的连续测量,结合工业用户节能改造的基本理论,并基于实测数据对该厂的变压器、矿热炉、风机泵类、照明及空调系统等进行了科学的节能改造分析。该节能思路与方法具有一定的参考意义和推广价值。

Abstract:The state will implement in depth the basic national policy of "energy saving and emission reduction" in 12th Five-Year periods,high energy consumption enterprises continue to face the plight of the power cuts.In order to explore methods of out of the woods,energy-saving analysis was made to a ferroalloy's factory in the area of Southern Power Grid.Portable power quality analyzer FLUKE435 is used to carry out long and continuous measurements of electrical equipment,combined with the basic theory of industrial enterprises of energy-saving,scientific energy-saving analysis was made to transformers,furnace transformers,motors,pumps,lighting and air conditioning systems,etc.The ideas and methods had some reference and promotional value.
