基于遗传算法大功率倒伞曝气机行星减速齿轮箱的优化设计

摘    要:遗传算法是一种新的设计方法,对于复杂系统的优化设计其鲁棒性好。通过对遗传算法的研究,构建了大功率倒伞曝气机行星减速齿轮箱数学模型,通过编码的方法对其轮系的离散变量、整型变量进行了寻优设计,解决了大功率倒伞曝气机行星齿轮箱优化设计的问题。

Abstract:Genetic Algorithm is a new method,whose robustness has an advantage in optimization design for complex system.In this paper,studying genetic Algorithms,we make the mathematical model for planetary reduction gear box,obtain satisfactory result of searching optimization of integer variable and dispersed variable of gear series by encoding.It has solved the optimization design of planetary reduction gear box in big power inverted umbrella aeration machine.
