小面积NFC天线设计

摘    要:近场通信(NFC)是一种短距离高频无线通信技术,在13.56MHz频率下工作,传输距离在10cm内。目前近场通信已兼容ISO14443、Type-A、Type-B、ISO15693以及Felica标准。传统NFC天线采用螺旋绕线方式,天线面积一般要求大于1 500mm^2。提出了一种小面积金属片状NFC天线,该天线只有600mm^2,测试结果表明,该天线达到NFC天线读取距离要求;接着通过金属片"川"字开槽,进一步提高了阅读距离;最后将金属装饰物与天线设计结合起来,既节约天线使用空间,降低成本,又有标志作用,实现了多功能化,为NFC工程应用提供了参考。

Abstract:Near field communication(NFC)is a short-range high-frequency wireless communication technology which works at the frequency of 13.56 MHz and the transmission distance is within 10 cm.At present,NFC is compatible with ISO14443,type-a,type-b,ISO15693 and Felica standards.Traditional NFC antenna adopts spiral winding,and the antenna area is generally required to be greater than 1 500 mm^2.In this paper,a small-area metal chip NFC antenna is firstly proposed,which is only 600 mm^2.The test results show that the antenna meets the reading distance requirement of NFC antenna.Then through the metal plate"chuan"word slot,further improve the reading distance,and finally the metal decoration and antenna design together,not only save the space used by the antenna,reduce the cost,but also have the marking function,achieve multi-function.It provides reference for NFC engineering application.
