南水北调工程实施后保定市水资源联合调度的探讨

摘    要:保定市是资源性缺水城市,随着城市的发展,城市用水量逐年增加,城市用水、农业用水和生态用水之间的矛盾日趋严重。除每年由西大洋水库供6000万m3地表水外,其余水源均采自地下。南水北调工程实施后,分配给保定市水量的多年平均值为5.51亿m3。针对南水北调工程实施后水资源和输供水网络的变化,提出水资源联合调度方案,以保障城市工业、生活、农业和生态各领域的用水,最大限度地实现水资源优化配置。

Abstract:Baoding is water shortage city. With the development of city, the water consumption increases year by year. The contradiction of water among city, agriculture and ecology is more and more serious. The rest water of Baoding comes from subterranean except supplied 60 million m3/s surface water by the Xidayang Reservoir yearly. The South-to-North Water Project can distribute Baoding with 0.551 billion m3 water annually. Aimed at the change of water resources and water transporting and supply after the South-to-North Water Project, joint regulating water resources is provided to ensure water use including industry, living, agriculture and ecology and furthest carry out optimal scheme of water resources.
