摘    要:
以MgO,CeO2,富铈稀土作为添加剂,用特殊工艺制备了一种PSZ泡沫陶瓷过滤器,试验证明其具有较好的高温性能.在利用扫描电镜、X射线衍射仪对泡沫陶瓷过滤器晶相及组织形貌进行分析的基础上,着重研究了添加剂对部分稳定氧化锆中稳定相含量及高温性能的影响.

Abstract:
The ceramic foam filter that is made from PSZ powder with the addition of MgO,CeO_(2) or the rare earth abounding with CeO_(2) and by particular process has excellent high temperature performance.In this paper,on the base of the CFF's crystal phase constitution and morphology analysis by means of modern analytic methods of SEM and XRD spectra,the effect of the additional material on the content of stability phase in PSZ and the high temperature performance of PSZ is deeply discussed.
