| Abstract: | A series of estimation methods of interconnect delay and crosstalk are presented. Comprehensive comparisons of accuracy and complexity of these methods are also given in this paper. With the development of semiconductor technology, estimation of interconnect delay and crosstalk will face new problems in the future. Prospective analysis of these new problems is presented at the end of this paper. |
