| 摘 要： | 通过热分析和红外光谱分析表征了SBR硫化胶四氧化二氮(N2O4)老化前后的性能.结果表明,随着老化温度、气体浓度和老化时间的变化,SBR硫化胶的热性能变化存在一定的规律,老化后SBR分子内生成了C-NO键,双键消失,反式结构消失,吸收峰消失,顺式结构减弱,吸收峰变弱,其反应主要发生在反式结构处.

| Abstract: | Effect of nitrogen tetroxide on properties of SBR was characteristiced by using thermal analysis and infrared spectroscopic analysis.The results showed that with the changing of the aging temperature,the gas concentration and the aging time,the changing of SBR properties existed some trends.The SBR molecule after aging produced C-NO bond,and the double bond,the trans-form and the absorption peak all disappeared.At the same time,the cis-isomer became weaker as well as its absorption peak,the reaction mainly took place in the trans-form. |
