自动超声波串列探伤在螺旋埋弧焊钢管检测中的应用

摘    要:针对常规自动超声波探伤方法进行螺旋缝埋弧焊钢管焊缝缺陷探伤时可能出现缺陷漏检的现象,介绍了串列探伤方法及其参考反射体和探头的选择方法、调节装置的基本组成、串列探伤的检测流程及对缺陷的判定方法。通过生产实践验证,对壁厚12~17.9 mm的螺旋埋弧焊钢管焊缝,采用自动超声波串列探伤方法能有效检测出缺陷,避免了常规自动超声波探伤方法(单个斜探头探伤)漏检的现象。

Abstract:Aim at the undetected defects maybe appear in SAWH pipe weld by the conventional automatic ultrasonic testing method, it introduced tandem testing method, the selection methods for reference reflector and probe, the basic composition of control apparatus, detection flow of tandem testing and judgement method for defects. The production practice proved that automatic ultrasonic tandem testing can effectively detect defects for SAWH pipe with 12~17.9 mm wall thickness, and avoid missing inspection by the conventional automatic ultrasonic testing method(single angle probe ).
