| 摘 要： | 物流已成为企业竞争力的三大支柱之一，如何进一步强化物流战略规划与管理，真正实现大物流体系和第三利润源是当前面临的重大问题。本文从企业战略高度、企业管理深度及“以人为本”的理念三个方面阐述现代物流在企业发展中的重要作用。通过在实际生产中的渠道和设施网络结构的改进，仓储、运输、物料管理的分析和改进，人员素质的提升等方面，发挥现代物流的根本效力。
