液压换管机液压系统可靠性设计与动态仿真研究

摘    要:液压系统可靠性表现为在设计时克服系统先天设计的不足,在后天使用过程中规范操作.在液压换管机液压系统方案设计时,从系统结构合理性、元件选型合理性及参数匹配合理性进行可靠性设计,使用中通过监控液压系统状态及重要参数可靠完成装杆、卸杆过程.通过ADAMS/Hydraulics模块建立主伸缩回路液压系统模型,进行机液耦合动态仿真分析,结果表明:液压缸运动平稳,无较大冲击载荷.仿真结果验证了设计系统的可行性,为国内液压换管机的进一步研发及优化提供了理论参考.
