基于AT89C51的智能测频仪设计

摘    要:在简要介绍和分析几种数字测频原理与方法的基础上,介绍以AT89C51单片机为核心控制器件,采用等精度同步测量技术,完成在0.1Hz~1MHz频率范围内,最高分辨率为0.1Hz的智能测频仪的设计;详细说明了测量的工作原理和系统构成,以及系统软、硬件设计,并就智能测量和系统误差作了分析;研究表明采用该仪器测量频率的范围和精度均达到技术要求.

Abstract:On the basis of brief introduction and analysis of several digital frequency measurement principles and methods, this article expatiates the design of intelligent cymometer, which adopts the technology of equal precision synchronal measurement, ranges from 0. 1Hz to 1MHz, has the highest resolving power of 0. 1Hz. It expounds the principles of measurement, the structure of the system and design of software and hardware, it also analyses the intelligent measurement and systematic errors. The results of the experiments demonstrates that the instrument fulfill the requirements both on the range and the precision of frequency measurement.
