摘    要:
从应用出发重点介绍公用无线通信网的结构、关键技术、标准规范、提供的业务和功能等。比较各种无线通信网的特点和应用范围,提出在水资源实时监控系统中具体应用场合的主要技术和特点。举例说明公用无线通信网可广泛应用于各种场合,并具有覆盖面宽、应用灵活、建立快、投资省等优点。

Abstract:
From the aspect of application, the structures, key techniques, standards and specifications, the services and functions of the public wireless communication networks are emphatically introduced herein, and then the main techniques and features for the specific application areas in the real-time monitoring system for water resources are put forward based on the comparison made on various characteristics and application areas of the network.. With the actual cases, it shows that the wireless communication network can be applied to various areas concerned with the advantages of wide coverage, flexible application, easy establishment and cost-saving.
