摘    要:在PEG溶液中加入纳米ZnO以及表面修饰的ZnO,观察纳米粒子对PEG结晶的影响。通过透射偏光显微镜进行观察,发现纳米ZnO的加入改变了PEG的结晶形貌,随着纳米粒子表面羧基含量的增加,结晶形貌按照树晶—大球晶—小球晶的规律变化。通过FTIR表明在热作用下纳米粒子表面的羧基会与PEG的端羟基发生酯化反应,使纳米ZnO可以稳定的存在于PEG溶液中,为球晶的形成提供了成核点。

Abstract:The nano- ZnO and ZnO after surface modification are added into PEG solution, the effect of nano - particles to PEG crystallization are observed. The result shows, the crystallization shape changes after adding nano - ZnO,with the increasing of carboxyl content on nano - particles surface, the crystallization shape changes on the low tree crystal,large spherulite and small spherulite. The FTIR measurements indicate that esterification reaction occurres between the hydroxyl - terminated of PEG and the carboxyl of nano -ZnO under thermal conditions, then, nano -ZnO can disperse in PEG solution stably, and provide nucleation point for the formation of spherulite.
