摘    要:现今在油井增产、水井增注中,酸化作业是一项重要的措施。铁离子稳定剂是在酸化过程中,为克服铁离子的沉淀给地层带来二次伤害而使用的一种酸液添加剂。文章研究了一种在酸化条件下使用的铁离子稳定剂,考察了草酸、冰醋酸、乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA)和柠檬酸四种铁离子稳定剂的稳铁能力,制备出新型铁离子稳定剂 FW-1并对其稳铁能力进行了评价实验。研究表明,新型铁离子稳定剂FW-1具有螯合性、还原性和pH控制性等特性。在室温下,FW-1对Fe3+的稳定能力为65.04 mg/mL;FW-1具备较好的热稳定性,在 90℃下测得稳铁能力基本不变;在 20%盐酸、土酸(12% HCl+3% HF)中具备优异的溶解分散性;与酸液中其他添加剂配伍性好;在 10%使用浓度下,FW-1铁离子稳定剂相比母液的稳铁能力提高了 121.68 mg/mL;在1%浓度下,与现场使用的铁离子稳定剂 LX-2009相比提高了 20.04 mg/mL。

Abstract:Acidification is an important measure in today’ s oil well stimulation and water injection well stimulation. Iron ion stabilizer is an acid liquid additive used in the acidification process to overcome the secondary damage caused by the precipitation of iron ions. In this paper, an iron ion stabilizer used under acidification conditions was studied. The iron-sta-bilizing ability of the four iron ion stabilizers such as oxalic acid, glacial acetic acid, ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (ED-TA) and citric acid was investigated. A new iron ion stabilizer FW-1 was prepared and its iron-stabilizing ability was evaluated. Studies have shown that the new iron ion stabilizer FW-1 has chelation, reducibility and pH control properties. At room temperature, the stability of FW-1 to Fe3 + is 65. 04 mg /mL. FW-1 has good thermal stability, and the ability to stabilize iron is basically unchanged at 90 ℃ . In 20% hydrochloric acid and acid (12% HCl + 3% HF) it has excellent solubility and dispersibility. It has good compatibility with other additives in acid solution. At 10% concentration, the iron stability of FW-1 iron ion stabilizer was 121 . 68 mg /mL higher than that of base liquid. At 1 % concentration, it was an increase of 20. 04 mg /mL compared to the on-site iron ion stabilizer LX-2009.
