摘    要:以马来酸酐、丙烯酸和有机酸酯为原料,以过硫酸铵为引发剂,采用水溶液聚合法制备了一种新型硫酸钡防垢剂,并通过评价不同单体配比、引发剂加量、反应温度和反应时间对防垢剂性能的影响,确定了最佳合成反应条件,具体为:马来酸酐、丙烯酸和有机酸酯三种单体摩尔比为 1∶5∶2,引发剂加量为单体总质量的5%,反应温度为60 ℃,反应时间为 5h。防垢剂性能评价结果表明,当硫酸钡防垢剂加量为100 mg/L时,对硫酸钡的防垢率可以达到92.8 %;硫酸钡防垢剂的抗温性能较好,当温度为90 ℃时,对硫酸钡垢的防垢率仍大于90 %;随着溶液pH值的不断增大,硫酸钡防垢剂对硫酸钡的防垢率呈现出先增大后减小的趋势,防垢剂在中性至弱碱性溶液中能发挥最佳的防垢效果。

Abstract:A new barium sulfate scale inhibitor MTC 101 was prepared by aqueous solution polymerization with maleic anhydride, acrylic acid and organic acid ester as raw materials and ammonium persulfate as initiator. By evaluating the effects of different monomer ratio, initiator dosage, reaction temperature and reaction time on the scale inhibitor performance, the optimum synthesis reaction conditions were determined. The new barium sulfate scale inhibitor is specifically maleic anhydride, acrylic acid and organic acid. The molar ratio of the three monomers is 1 ∶5∶2, the amount of initiator is 5% of the total mass of monomers, the reaction temperature is 60 ℃ , and the reaction time is 5 hours. The performance evaluation results of the scale inhibitor show that when the dosage of MTC-101 is 100 mg /L, the anti-scale rate of barium sulfate can reach 92. 8% . The scale inhibitor MTC 101 has good temperature resistance. When the temperature is 90 ℃ , the scale inhibition rate of barium sulfate scale is still greater than 90% . With the increase of the pH value of the solution, the scaleinhibitor MTC-101 has the trend of increasing first and then decreasing the anti-scale rate of barium sulfate. In neutral to weak alkaline solution, the agent can play the best anti-scaling effect.
