摘    要:在国内油气田增储上的大背景下,稠油热采成为油气开发新的增长点。面对井下高温高压的环境条件,现有耐高温胶筒难以满足海上热采高温密封要求,制约了稠油热采井有效开发。为解决海上热采封隔器高温下密封失效问题,结合现有耐高温材料和隔热涂层技术,提出一种中心管带隔热层的三胶筒结构。通过建立三维模型并应用有限元仿真软件,完成了该结构的热分析与结构分析,得出了三胶筒坐封后各自的压缩量、接触压力及在中心管注高温蒸汽时胶筒的温度分布。通过分析表明三胶筒结构具有可靠的密封性能,采用隔热涂层后胶筒的工作温度有明显降低。该设计为海上稠油热采封隔器高温密封提出了一种新思路。

Abstract:Under the background of oil and gas reserves increase, heavy oil recovery has become a new growth point of oil and gas development. Facing the environmental conditions of high temperature and high pressure downhole, the existing ther mostability tubing is difficult to meet the requirements of high temperature sealing for offshore well, and restricts the effective development of heavy oil recovery. In order to solve the sealing problem of offshore packer under high temperature, this paper presents a new type of tri-tubing by combining the existing high temperature resistant materials and thermal insulation coating technology, which has a central tube insulating layer. The structure and thermal analysis of the structure were carried out by establishing 3 D models and finite element simulation software, and the compression, contact pressure and temperature distribution of the tri-tubing were obtained. The analysis shows that the structure of the tri-tubing cylinders has reliable sealing performance, and the working temperature of the tubing decreases obviously after the thermal insulation coating is adopted. A new design idea is put forward for packer sealing of offshore well under high temperature.
