摘    要:基础注浆的扩散规律是注浆基础沉管隧道注浆孔设计的重要依据。通过对舟山沈家门海底隧道注浆基础模型试验研究,分别记录了单孔注浆和双孔注浆模式下随注浆试验时间进程的浆液扩散距离和注浆量,分析了注浆浆液扩散距离与时间的关系以及注浆量与时间的关系,总结了注浆扩散的规律。试验结果表明,本文所选用注浆材料和注浆设备在较低注浆压力条件下,扩散半径可达600cm,确保隧道基底空间密实充填,并对注浆孔布置间距提出了建议。其对类似注浆基础沉管隧道工程的注浆扩散半径确定具有借鉴价值。

Abstract:Diffusion laws of foundation grouting are important basis for the design of grouting holes in immersed tube tunnel. Based on the model test of Zhoushan Shenjiamen harbour tunnel, the slurry diffusion distance and grouting volume with the time of grouting test have been recorded respectively under the modes of single hole and double holes grouting. The relationships between grouting slurry diffusion distance and time as well as between grouting volume and time have been analyzed. The laws of grouting diffusion have been summed up in this paper. Test results show that the selected grouting materials and grouting equipment in this study can give 600cm of diffusion radius and ensure the dense filling in the tunnel basement space under the lower grouting pressure condition. The spacing of grouting holes layout has been recommended. This research will have a reference value for determining the slurry diffusion radius of foundation grouting in the similar immersed tube tunnel project.
