| 摘 要： | 采用高柔性丙烯酸乳胶粉AcronalP 5033配制的单组分干粉类JS防水涂料具有优异的柔韧性和粘结力,能够满足GB/T 23445—2009《聚合物水泥防水涂料》标准对Ⅲ型产品的要求,并且可以通过苛刻的桥接裂缝测试。文章研究了乳胶粉和水泥添加量对JS涂膜断裂伸长率、拉伸强度和桥接裂缝能力的影响,得出乳胶粉添加量为25%、水泥用量为30%～35%制成的JS涂料兼具耐久性和柔韧性。

| Abstract: | With high flexible acrylic re-dispersible powder AcronalP 5033,it is possible to make a one-component dry mixed cementitious waterproofing product,which has good flexibility and adhesion strength that fulfills the requirements from GB/T 23445—2009 《Polymer-modified cement compounds for waterproofing membrane》.In addition,it can pass the crucial crack bridging test.Tests on elongation,tensile strength and crack bridging ability have been carried out with different re-dispersible powder and cement dosages.The coating prepared by 25% AcronalP 5033 and 30%～35% cement is durable and flexible. |
