基于OCS的热交换站计算机控制系统

摘    要:通常的热交换站主要采用人力监控,这样既浪费了人力资源,又存在着许多隐患。在一些控制参数的调整上,人工调节存在着一定的偏差,很难使供热系统达到理想的运行效果。文章论述了换热站系统的自动化改造,系统采用HORNER公司OCS控制器为下位机,采用ModbusRTU通信协议实现与上位机的通信。该系统能实现对现场设备运行的实时监控,对循环泵采用温差变频控制。经过现场调试和运行,可以达到对供水温度的自动控制和自动调节的目的。

Abstract:The heat exchange station is mainly monitored by human.This control mode not only wastes the resource of human,but also hides some problems.Artificial regulation of the control parameters has certain error;it is difficult to make heat exchange system achieve the desired operation effect.Automatic transformation of the heat exchange station system is discussed in this paper.OCS controller of HORNER is used as a lower computer in this system,using the communication protocol of ModbusRTU to contact with upper computer.The system realizes monitoring on field devices in real-time;frequency control based on temperature difference is adopted to control the circulating pump.After debugging and operating on the spot,it has realized the purpose of the temperature automatic control and regulation.
