| Abstract: | The conception of building energy efficiency is introduced. And based upon analysis on present situations of building energy conservation in our country the necessity of impelling building energy conservation is elaborated. Meanwhile, some corresponding energy saving measures are proposed according to issues encountered in building energy conservation. |
