| 摘 要： | 将企业项目引入到高职软件专业实训课程中,能有效激发学生学习的兴趣,使学生专业知识、专业技能、专业素养得到提升。引进真实项目的实训课程实施需要科学管理和有效引导,同时需要实现规范的过程管理和质量保证。以J2EE项目实训课程为例,探索软件能力成熟度集成模型（CMMI）在软件实训课程中的应用,以提高实训教学质量,为企业培养规范化开发的软件人才,提高项目教学为重点的软件专业建设水平。

| Abstract: | With the introduction of the enterprise project into higher vocational software training course,students can be highly motivated,students＇ professionals can be improved in know-how,skills and accomplishment.The implementation of the real project on training course needs scientific management and effective guidance,as well as the standard process management and quality assurance.Take J2EE project training course for example,the article explores on application of CMMI in the software training course to improve the quality of practice teaching,to cultivate software talents for standard development,and to improve the construction of project teaching based software subject. |
