摘    要:为了研究液态CO_2爆破系统的压力响应特性和爆炸能量,通过实验室测定液态CO_2爆破系统爆破管内压力,获得压力与时间关系曲线,分析了压力曲线变化规律,结合SpanWagner CO_2状态方程,对常用的两种爆炸能量公式进行了分析与讨论,给出了液态CO_2爆破系统的爆炸能量的计算方法。结果表明:整个液态CO_2汽化过程的时间为0.026~0.086 s,高压流体释放时间约为0.18~0.26 ms。对外做功过程是一个压力值动态震荡衰减过程:首先高压流体以峰值压力作用于介质,随后以70%~80%峰值压力对介质产生二次破坏作用,最后以较低水平压力对介质产生气楔作用。两种常用的爆炸能量公式可以在一定程度上评估液态CO_2爆破系统爆炸能量产生的危害级别,但准确性不够,结合SpanWagner状态方程和爆破管内压力可以提高计算液态CO_2爆破系统的爆炸能量的准确性。

Abstract:In order to study the pressure response and explosion energy characteristic of liquid CO2 blasting sys-tem,the tube pressure was measured by the liquid CO2 blasting system in the laboratory. The relationship between pressure and time was obtained,and the law of pressure curve was analyzed. Combined with Span & Wagner CO2 state equation,two commonly explosive energy equations were discussed. The method of calculating the explosion en-ergy of liquid CO2 blasting system was given. The results show that the time for the entire process of vaporization of the liquid CO2 is about 0. 026 to 0. 086 second,and the release time of high-pressure fluid is about 0. 18 ~ 0. 26 mil-lisecond. The external work process of high-pressure fluid is dynamic and attenuated as a shock wave. Firstly,the high-pressure fluid impacts on the medium at the peak pressure,then the fluid with 70% ~ 80% peak pressure acts on the medium to produce the second damage,and finally a lower level pressure produces gas wedge effect on the me-dium. Two commonly explosive energy formulas can be used to assess the hazard levels of explosion for the liquid CO2 blasting system,but the accuracy is not good enough. The explosive energy of liquid CO2 blasting can be more accurately calculated by the Span & Wagner equation.
