车用锂离子电池模块振动测试分析

摘    要:
车用锂离子电池模块按照QC/T743及SAEJ2380两个标准进行振动,本文分析了不同振动标准对电池模块振动性能的评价。从电池模块结构、放电容量、交流内阻和振动过程中电芯的温度变化多角度分析振动对车用锂离子电池模块性能的影响。经过振动测试,车用锂离子电池模块的结构完好,振动前后交流内阻和放电容量保持稳定。在振动过程中,电池模块放电容量降低至初始放电容量的80%左右。从振动放电容量角度看,SAEJ2380标准要求的振动等级略高于QC/T743标准。

Abstract:
Battery modules used for vehicle were investigated according to vibration standards QC/ T 743 and SAE J2380. The influencing factors of vibration on the battery module were analyzed. After vibration, the structures of the modules, ACR and discharge capacity kept with the state before vibration. During the vibration, the discharge capacity of battery modules decreased to around 80% of the initial discharge capacity. It was indicated that the the vibration level of SAE J2380 would be higher than QC/T 743,according to discharge capacity during vibration.
