PBT/原位聚合改性凹凸棒粘土纳米复合材料的微结构与粘弹性

摘    要:采用原位微乳液聚合法制备了PS修饰的凹凸棒粘土(PS-AT),红外光谱(FT-IR)、透射电镜(TEM)和热重分析(TGA)结果表明,PS已成功地修饰到AT表面。将所得PS-AT与PBT共混制备了PBT/PS-AT复合材料,场发射扫描电镜(FE-SEM)结果表明,复合材料中PS-AT含量较低时可得到纳米级的良好分散,且界面相容性较好;而当PS-AT含量较高时,团聚现象出现,复合材料相界面变差。这与复合材料的粘弹性的变化趋势一致,即PS-AT的加入可以使复合材料的复数黏度升高以及抗蠕变性能改善,而随着PS-AT含量的增加,复数黏度和抗蠕变性能变化不明显。

Abstract:PS/attapulgite(PS-AT) nanoparticles were synthesized by in-situ microemulsion polymerization.The morphology of the nanoparticles were characterized by means of TEM,FT-IR and TG.The experimental results show that the PS molecules are successfully bonded to the AT surface.PBT/ PS-AT nanocomposites were prepared by melt compounding.The FE-SEM results show that a nanoscale dispersion of AT throughout the PBT matrix for lower AT content is achieved and interface adhesion is strong,however,aggregates of AT appear...
