| 摘 要： | 盾构隧道钢结构管片采用组装构件焊接制作，在考虑构件特性和满足机加工要求的前提下，先下料后加工，通过控制下料精度，严格保证合理组装顺序，控制焊接参数和焊接顺序，以保证焊接不变形，最后通过严格的结构检验要求和预拼装质量控制要求，使得隧道管片的制作满足设计要求，得到用户的认可。 |

| Abstract: | Shield tunnel steel structure pipe segment is made by assembling and welding components together. Considering characteristics of components assembly sequence is guaranteed, welding parameters and requirements of mechanical processing, reasonable and sequence are controlled strictly through cutting material before processing and controlling material cutting precision, so as to prevent components from deformation after welding. Strict requirements for structural inspection and preassembly quality control are available to guarantee that fabrication of tunnel pipe segments can satisfy the design requirements and be accepted by users. |
