| 摘 要： | 对近几年毕业研究生就业研究现状进行了理性思考和全面梳理。指出应根据社会经济发展的需求来培养应用型、复合型的研究生高层次人才，并提出对研究生近期就业前景预测要从研究生就业结构与产业结构、研究生教育结构的相关性，研究生的专业设置与就业行业发展趋势的相关性，研究生教育地区的分布与就业地区流向的相关性这三个方面来进行探究。

| Abstract: | This paper thinks that we should forecast the prospect of the employment of graduate students in three aspects： the correlativity of the employment structure, the industrial structure and the educational structure of graduate student; the correlativity of the speciality and the development trend of employment trade, the correlativity of the distribution of education and the areas of employment. |
