钙硅质胶磷矿浮选工艺研究

摘    要:针对湖北某中低品位钙硅质胶磷矿,分别进行单一反浮选、双反浮选和常温正反浮选工艺研究及药剂费用对比,结果表明:采用单一反浮选,可得到磷精矿P2O530.37%,MgO 0.36%,回收率88.38%的较好指标,且最为经济,每吨原矿药剂费用仅为15.28元;若希望精矿质量更好些,回收率更高些,建议采用双反浮选,可得到磷精矿P2O531.60%,MgO 0.43%,回收率90.63%的好指标,每吨原矿药剂费用为23.40元;正反浮选相对来说精矿质量一般、回收率较低、药剂费用较高、磨矿细度较细,指标分别为磷精矿P2O530.54%,MgO 0.70%,回收率84.62%,每吨原矿药剂费用为26.98元.

Abstract:Single-reverse flotation process,double-reverse flotation process and room temperature of direct-reverse flotation process was tested for a mid-low grade calcium-silicon phosphate rock of Hubei.The results showed that:using single-reverse flotation process can gain the qualified phosphate concentrate which was P2O5 30.37%,MgO 0.36% and the recovery of P2O5 was 88.38%,and it was most economical,reagent fee was only 15.28 yuan per ton raw ore;if better quality of concentrate and higher recovery is hoped, double-reverse flotation process is recommended to use.It can gain the qualified phosphate concentrate P2O5 31.60%,MgO 0.43% and the recovery of P2O5 was 90.63%,while reagent fee was 23.40 yuan per ton raw ore;in contrast,direct-reverse flotation process had the general quality of concentrate,lower recovery,higher pharmacy cost and smaller grinding fineness,the qualified phosphate concentrate was P2O5 30.54%,MgO 0.70% and the recovery of P2O5 was 84.62%,reagent fee was 26.98 yuan per ton raw ore.
