摘    要:
从除湿机网络监控系统的总体方案入手,介绍了通信网络、通信程序和监控的组态与设计过程。根据应用的需要,将通信网络分为了艇内总线和艇间总线两个层次,选择了IEC61158中的PROFIBUS作为现场层的艇内总线,选择IEC61158中的PROFINET作为艇间总线,并采用WinCC作为上位机的监控组态软件。整个系统层次清晰,结构合理,符合艇用除湿机的监控要求。经试验和测试,该系统可以很好的完成多空间多节点除湿机的远程监控,具有很大的应用价值。

Design of Dehumidifiers with Communication and Supervisory Systems
Abstract:
Design of dehumidifiers with communication and supervisory systems is presented in this paper,including communicatin networks,programs and Configarations.Communication networks are divided into two kinds:in-vessel networks and amongvessel networks.PROFIBUS of IEC61158 is choosed as in-vessel networks,and PROFINET of IEC61158 as among-vessel networks.WinCC is selected as supervisory configaration tool.The system with a clear structrure,is well conformed to the application of dehumidifiers.The experiment of the supervisory system are shown,which confirmed that the system was better in dehumidifiers with multi-spaces and multi-stations.
